catch a horse… catch a light beam

As you all know, I’m trying to document how microbes change their landscape across time and space.

I refer to Muybridge’s 1878 camera stills that allowed us to capture how a horse’s body moves thru time (and space)

I also refer to Eames 1977 Power of Ten to understand the scale of it all.

But yesterday, my photograph-collaborator Mark told me about Matt Growcoot’s 2 billion frame-per-second camera, that can capture the speed of light. I have such a science crush! He captured the speed of light! LOVE!
